NDIS Plan Management
Plan Management supports you in managing your NDIS funding. Susi handles the day-to-day administration that comes with your NDIS Plan such as processing invoices, and keeping track of your fund balance.
You will have the freedom of using both NDIS registered and non-registered service providers, and she'll ensure your invoices are paid promptly.
How much does Plan Management cost?
Plan Management is available to ALL NDIS Participants - you just have to ask for it! Ensure you request provision for Plan Management at your planning meeting. The cost of plan management services is covered by the NDIS.
What are the benefits of having a Plan Manager?
Plan Managers handle all the difficult paperwork and administrative tasks related to paying your service providers, and also keep a track of your budget. This enables you to concentrate on achieving the goals in your Plan.
What if I haven't requested a Plan Manager for my Plan?
If you're self-managing your Plan and have realised you would really like a Plan Manager to take over paying your providers, then you can request a review of your plan to include funding for a Plan Manager. Speak with your LAC or Planner to get the ball rolling.
How do I sign up for Plan Management services?
Signing up with Susi is really easy! Get started by giving her a call on 0427 071381 or send her an email (address is below). She promises to contact you within 1 business day. Once you've shared some information with her, she'll ask you to complete and sign a Service Agreement and send her a copy of your Plan. After that, you leave the rest to her. All your service providers will be promptly paid!
How do my service providers get paid?
You or your Support Coordinator will give your service providers Susi's contact details, and all their invoices will be sent to her. Each invoice will be checked to ensure it matches your funding. Your providers will be paid promptly - usually within 48 hours. You can sit back and relax, knowing all payments are being taken care of.
How do I know if I still have enough funds in my NDIS budget?
You can log in to your NDIS myplace portal at any time, and check the balance of funds remaining in your budget. Susi also sends you a report and statement each month, showing your budget against what's been spent. You can also have on-line access to copies of all paid provider invoices, if you choose.
